Plus, they are easy to store in the fridge or freezer for that perfect grab-and-go snack vibe. Some of the ingredients include almonds, rolled oats, pecans and mini chocolate chips (my personal favorite). Ready for a snack you will go nuts over? Let’s get started!
Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Bars
A sweet afternoon treat in a grab and go bar!
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats (gluten free)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ cup almonds
- ½ cup pecans
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- 1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides (optional)
- ½ cup honey
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl
- Add the honey and stir until combined
- Pour the mixture into a square pan or loaf pan lined with parchment paper
- Refrigerate for 2 hours
- Cut into bars and store in the refrigerator for freshness
