Nut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Guys.. these Nut Butter Cookies are officially in my list of favorites! They are SUPER easy to whip up and can use a variety of different nut butters to create!

Nut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Your new favorite cookie recipe, featuring whatever nut butter you find in your pantry!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup nut butter (my favorites to use are almond, peanut or pecan butter)
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup gluten-free oat flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F
- Whisk all wet ingredients in a bowl until well combined (if your coconut oil is not in liquid form, melt and bring to room temperature prior to incorporating)
- Add in all dry ingredients besides the chocolate chips and whisk until well combined
- Fold in the chocolate chips using a spatula
- Scoop cookie dough into 8 round circles and place on a lined and greased cookie sheet
- Bake for 15 minutes and let cool slightly before enjoying!
