Nut Butter Energy Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • ½ cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 4 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 4 tbsp chia seed
  • 4 tbsp cacao nibs
  • ¼ cup + 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tbsp honey optional
  • 1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides optional

Instructions
 

  • Pour almond butter into a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  • Add one ingredient at a time, stirring until well integrated. Once one ingredient is fully mixed in, continue to add the next.
  • Once well combined, roll into spheres and place on a piece of parchment paper or in a container.
  • Store the bites in the fridge to keep them cool and easy to access.
  • *Tip: If the almond butter used is too runny, the batter may be runny. Refrigerate the batter for 30 minutes, before rolling into spheres if needed.
